ACCOUNT

• Do I need to register before placing an order?
  You can place an order without registering, but for easier access to your order history and tracking information, we recommend creating an account.

• How do I register?
  Go to the My Account page or click the Account button on the top right of lomxi.com. Fill in your email and password as instructed to complete your registration.

• What if I forget my login password?
  If you forget your password, click the “Forgot your password?” link on the Login page and enter your email. A password reset email will be sent to you.

• What if I cannot log in to my account?
  Please make sure the email you entered is the same one used during registration and that your password is correct. Also ensure your browser allows cookies. If you still cannot log in, please contact us for assistance.

WASHING AND CARE

• How should I wash my clothes?
  Please refer to the washing instructions on each product page, as different fabrics require different care methods.

• Can I machine wash all items?
  Some items can be machine washed, but others may require gentle or hand washing. Always check the care label before washing.

• Will the colors fade after washing?
  To maintain color quality, we recommend washing clothes in cold water and avoiding harsh detergents. Wash similar colors together.

• How should I dry the clothes?
  Air drying is recommended to preserve fabric shape and durability. Avoid using high heat in dryers unless the care label states it is safe.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

• When will my order ship?
  Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 to 5 working days after purchase.

• How long does shipping take?
  Standard shipping typically takes about 7 to 15 working days.

• How do I cancel an order?
  Orders can only be canceled within the first 24 hours after being placed or before shipping. Once processing or shipping has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.

• What is my tracking number?
  After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number included.
