Payment Methods

At lomxi.com, we accept a wide range of payment methods to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience. You can complete your purchase using major credit cards such as PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Apple Pay. Simply enter your card details at checkout, and your payment will be processed safely through our encrypted system.

Dealing with Declined Payments

If your credit or debit card payment is declined, please follow these steps:

Place Your Order Again: If a payment attempt fails, the order cannot be reinstated. You will need to place a new order to continue.

Verify Card Details: Make sure the card number, expiration date, and the three-digit CVV code are entered correctly.

Check with Your Bank: Your card issuer may decline the payment without giving a reason. Contact your bank directly for clarification and assistance.

Try an Alternative Payment Method: If the issue persists, consider using another card or one of the additional payment options available at checkout.

Security and Privacy

Your security is our priority. lomxi.com uses advanced encryption technologies to protect your payment information, and we comply with PCI-DSS security standards. All credit and debit card transactions require validation and authorization by both us and your card issuer. For added protection, you may be prompted to complete 3D Secure verification, which may involve entering a password or receiving a verification code via email or SMS. For details on your bank’s authentication process, please consult your card issuer.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

If you continue to experience issues or have additional questions, our customer support team is always ready to assist you.
